Green Smoothies Are Awesome

Green Smoothies are so delicious and good for the body and soul! Every since my girlfriend told me about them, I am addicted. Fortunately, this is one of the healthiest addictions I have ever experienced. Wait til I share with you the recipie for this smoothie. After I disclose it, maybee it won't sound so good, but trust me they are so delicious! In fact every morning I have a green smoothie instead of coffee and it picks me right up and fills my body and soul with live energized vitality. I call this smoothie "Blood Boosting Energy Blaster". Here is the recipie: 1 apple, 1 stalk celery, small handful cilantro, small handful parsley, big handful spinach, 3 T yogurt, 3/4 cup pure water, 1 T molasses, 1 T sunflower nut butter, 1/2 T extra virgin coconut oil, 1 T bee pollen, small handful cacao nibs (raw chocolate), 1 garlic clove, 1 T spiralina. Blend in the vitamix for one minute, for a smooth awesome healthy drink. Yumm!!!! The good news about green smoothies is that you can add all the things you like in them, as long as you stick to the basic principles. Just Google up "Green Smoothies" and discover what everyone is talking about.

Giving Thanks

This Thanksiving brought divine miracles and blessing into my life in soul awakening ways. Outside of appreciating family and friends, a great meal and a whole list of things I choose to be grateful for, I connected with nature in a deeply profound way, through the heart.

Sedona has more psychic activity per capita than any other city in America-

Did you know that Sedona, Arizona is known to have more psychic activity per capita than any other city in America? While this is not surprising to many local residents who shop at places like "The UFO Crash", "Mystical Bazaar", and "Sedona Crystal Vortex" what many visitors do not know is that Sedona boasts a rapidly emerging phenomenon of spiritual orbs which may far surpass that of the great number of UFO's witnessed in the area. Orbs are thought to be angels, fairies, or spirits from other dimensions. They often appear during sacred ceremony and/or at high energy places or power spots around the world, such as Sedona. The above photograph was captured on Omorose's digital camera on a Hunters Full Moon in 2007 in the Sedona area.

Sedona, Arizona rated the most beautiful place in America-

In 2003, USA Today magazine published it's list of "The Ten Most Beautiful Places in America". Not surprisingly, Sedona was rated number one. What you may not know, is that Indian legend claims that there are only four designated power spots in the world (2 negative and 2 positive) and that Sedona is considered one of the positive power spots. This legend claims that out of the 4 power spots, 2 give birth to rainbows and Sedona is one of the two! Notice how this rare and unusual rainbow captured in Sedona, AZ illuminates throughout the scenery as though being birthed from another dimension!

The Power of Prayer

Today I was blessed to spend time with a dear friend and participate in a ceremony at a labyrinth in the power spot of Sedona, Arizona. I recall walking the laby in silence or meditation to reach the still point or middle, where there is a big bowl of rocks, crystals and other items that previous walkers have placed into the bowl as an offering to the universe. After reading aloud my prayer and invoking a prosperity ceremony, I placed three beautiful, clear crystals into the laby which were charged with love on Wesak Full Moon. Feeling rather expanded and joyful I walked out of the laby in silence, a few small tears streaking my cheek, as I felt that my prayer had already been answered.

Upon returning home, I discovered that in fact not only was my prayer in the process of being answered, but that spirit had communicated this to me through the remaining Wesak crystals which I had on my altar (connected to the ones used in the laby offering). They moved 'so to speak' and that is all I will say. So, it is true what they say when you pray with your heart and/or when you pray in a power spot; the universe will hear and answer your prayers more quickly. The great news however is that no matter where you are in the world, even if you cannot get to a power spot, your prayers will be answered in divine timing! The key is to KNOW and FEEL through your inner heart, that your prayer has already been answered and IT WILL BE! I pray that this message reaches all who can benefit or feel inspired from reading it. The Heart of Rose Quartz

Today I stumbled accross this photograph in my collection of gems. I will never forget meeting this amazing & rare rose quartz piece last year at a garage sale. Sitting outside of this soon to be vacant yard, the spirits of this massive rose quartz crystal beckoned my heart & soul as if to say "come and play with me"!!!! There ready and waiting for it's new owner stood the largest piece of rose quartz I had ever witnessed in my entire life. It must have weighed over a ton, since the owners mentioned needing a forklift to set it in their yard. With only 8 other pieces discovered that large in the entire world, it was a natural honor to connect with the preciousness of mother earth's grace and beauty in this way. As I gently placed my ear next to the heart of this rose quartz piece, she gently whispered into my ear "this love I carry inside of me, is also inside of you. Please share this love with everyone you meet, as I do with you. Remind all whom you meet of the love they have in their hearts!" Well, needless to say I left with a big smile on my face and a memory that will stay in my heart for eternity. ps: If you are reading this.....I love you!
